Pusat Tingkatan Enam Tutong welcomed a total of about 240 lower sixth students who had successfully registered themselves into this premier institution. The admission day began with the recital of Surah Al-Fatihah and a welcoming speech from the Principal, Sir Hadion Lim Beng Guan. The morning event included talks and briefings from deputy principals, senior masters and head of departments. The lower sixth students were taken for a tour around the school after briefings.

The admission day proceeded with orientation session in the afternoon. There were many fun activities held and the first day of orientation ended with cute poses from the juniors :P
