Majlis Khatam Al-Quran

On the 8th August, the MPP family had the greatest privilege of organising AND joining the khatam al-Quran ceremonies with the rest of the junior PTET family. Ceremony proceeded from the recital of opening doa, opening speech, then to the of the passages of the holy Quran, then followed by a mass recital of takhtim and doa khatam. This was then followed by the recital of dikir Marhabban and the applying of perfume on the hands of the participants. This is then followed by the presentation of hampers as to welcome a new islamic relative and also the presentation of hampers to orphans. The ceremony was then ended with a closing doa.
